Attendees at the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD; Arlington, VA) annual meeting, held this week in Bonita Springs, FL, expressed concern over what they see as a crackdown by a variety of agencies that regulate the industry. These agencies include the federal EPA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA; Washington), the Department of Homeland Security, and a number of state-level regulatory authorities.
