People & Business :: Companies Mitsubishi Gas Chemical wins patent infringement lawsuit1:30 PM MST | December 4, 2012 | Lindsay Frost Mitsubishi Gas Chemical (MGC; Tokyo) has won an International Trade Commission (ITC) ruling in a patent infringement case brought on by Kaneka (Osaka), according to Fish & Richardson (Washington), an intellectual property law firm that represented MGC. Kaneka filed suit after it was granted a US patent in March 2011 for fermentation processes related to the making of Coenzyme Q10, a dietary supplement.
