Mitsubishi Chemical to Buy Mitsubishi Rayon?

Mitsubishi Chemical is in negotiations to acquire Mitsubishi Rayon for about $2.1 billion, say media reports. The two companies are likely to sign an agreement this autumn and complete the deal next year, reports add.
