Linde's Profits Rise for the First Nine Months of 2010

Linde‘s operating profit for the first nine months of 2010 jumped 23%, to €1.7 billion, on sales up 13%, to €9.4 billion because of the improved economy. Net income soared 64%, to €748 million.  "We have taken advantage of the economic recovery and our profitability has continued to increase," says CEO Wolfgang Reitzle.
