Linde to provide LNG to power Consol Energy's drilling rigs

Linde says it has signed a contract with Consol Energy (Pittsburgh) to provide liquefied natural gas (LNG) and related equipment and services to Consol’s operations at the Marcellus and Utica basins. This agreement follows a successful trial of the two companies, after an original agreement announced in September, to replace diesel fuel used to power the engines (gensets) that drive drilling rigs with LNG.
