Lanxess completes technology conversion at Netherlands EPDM site

Lanxess has converted the largest production line for the Keltan-branded ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber at the company's Geleen, Netherlands complex, to Lanxess's advanced catalyst elastomers (ACE) technology, the company announced today. The previously announced investment, valued at roughly €12 million ($15.6 million), converted the production line from conventional Ziegler-Natta chemistry.
