People & Business :: Companies Lanxess Combines Canada, U.S. Units11:46 AM MDT | August 26, 2008 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Lanxess says it plans to combine its Canadian and U.S. operations into one regional unit that will be based in Pittsburgh. Both Lanxess Corp., the North American subsidiary of Lanxess, and Lanxess Inc., its Canadian subsidiary, will continue to operate as separate legal entities, the company says. Lanxess Corp. president and CEO Randy Dearth will head the combined North American organization as managing director/North America.
