Koda Distribution Group acquires personal care distributor, creates care business line

Koda Distribution Group (KDG) announced today that it has acquired The DeWolf Companies (Warwick, RI), which consist of DeWolf Chemical, Glenn Corp. and Tempo Canada ULC. DeWolf focuses on serving the personal care, color cosmetic and household, industrial and institutional (HI&I) markets in North America. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
