People & Business :: Companies Kemira Buys Water Treatment Company in the U.S.6:21 AM MDT | September 6, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Kemira's U.S. subsidiary, Kemira Water Solutions, has acquired Water Elements LLC, a producer of inorganic coagulants for minicipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment. Water Elements, which began operations in 2007, operates a plant at Baltimore, Maryland. Its revenues in 2009 were approximately $10 million.
