Kem One secures funding to continue operating

Beleaguered polyvinyl chloride producer Kem One (Lyon, France) has secured funding that it says will enable the company to continue operating under the terms of its receivership. Kem One says it received approval from the commercial court of Lyon to continue operating during the six-month receivership period, which began late last month (CW, March 25/April 1, p. 7).
