Industry Criticizes EPA Boiler Rules

ACC and Dow Chemical have issued comments criticizing parts of EPA's proposed rule establishing maximum achievable control technology (MACT) for industrial boilers and process heaters. The rule would control air toxics emitted by both large and small, or "area," industrial facilities.
