Huntsman to offer €200 million in senior notes

Huntsman,  throughits wholly owned subsidiary, Huntsman International, will privately offer €200 million ($274.3 million) in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2021, the company announced today. The plans are subject to market and other conditions, the company says. Huntsman intends to use net proceeds to repay a portion of the principal amount outstanding under its term loan C and to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes, the company adds.
