H.B. Fuller Earnings Rise 11% on Sales Growth

H.B. Fuller’s fiscal third-quarter net income rose 11% year-on-year, to $24.6 million, on higher volumes and prices. Adjusted earnings, excluding costs related to the Forbo acquisition and restructuring, totaled 53 cts/share, up 20% from the year-ago quarter. Earnings matched analysts’ consensus, according to Thomson Reuters (New York). The company’s fiscal third-quarter ended on September 1.   Sales increased 38% year-on-year, to $500.5 million, mostly due to the impact of the Forbo acquisition.
