GlyEco to name new board members

GlyEco (Phoenix), a company that collects and recycles waste glycols, says it plans to appoint two new directors to its board at the company’s annual meeting at the end of October. The new board members will fill vacancies created by the resignations of Everett Alexander and Joseph Ioia, the company says. Alexander is assuming a consulting role with focus on international partnerships, and Ioia will continue to support the ongoing expansion of GlyEco’s New Jersey processing center, the company says.
