FMC Forms JV with Chinese Environmental Companies

FMC has formed a joint venture with BCEG Environmental Remediation (Bceer; Beijing) and Brisea Group (Beijing) to manufacture and market products for soil and groundwater remediation in China. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
