Exopack and Indevco to Form Polyethylene Film JV

Exopack (Spartanburg, SC) and Indevco (Ajaltoun, Kesrwan, Lebanon) have agreed to form a joint venture to manufacture co-extruded polyethylene film in the Middle East. The j.v. will first install production equipment at Indevco’s facility in Zouk Masbeh, Lebanon. Exopack will distribute the film. Eventually, the companies intend to build a number of polyethylene film production sites throughout the Middle East.
