European Commission tries again to fine ENI and Versalis as repeat offenders in synthetic rubber price-fixing case

The European Commission has informed ENI (Rome) and its chemicals affiliate Versalis (Milan), formerly known as Polimeri Europa, that it intends to reimpose a supplementary fine on the companies for being repeat offenders in the context of an earlier synthetic rubber price-fixing cartel investigation, the commission announced today.
