Elementis to Lease Land at Bayer WV Site

Elementis Specialties (East Windsor, NJ) plans to lease 2.5 acres of land and 48,000 square feet of building space at Bayer’s site in New Martinsville, WV. This Elementis facility will produce additives and dispersants for water-based coatings.
