Ecolab Sets Goal to Reduce GHG Emissions

Ecolab set a goal today to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 20% per dollar of sales from 2006 to 2012. The company is focusing on vehicles and facilities, including both manufacturing plants and offices, in its plan to reduce emissions. The plan involves an energy and GHG reduction program for facilities, use of more fuel-efficient vehicles and vehicle service routes, and using cleaner fuels when possible.
