People & Business :: Companies Dynea Sells Stake in Brazilian JV to Partner7:42 AM MDT | April 1, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Dynea (Helsinki) has sold its 50% share in Dynea Brasil SA to its joint venture partner Arauco do Brasil, a leading producer of MDF, particleboard and related lumber and forestry products in Brazil. It is owned by the Chilean group Arauco, one of the largest forestry enterprises in Latin America in terms of surface area and plantation yield and production of kraft wood pulp, sawn timber and panels. Dynea Brasil has production sites in Araucaria where it produces resins for the panelboard and paper impregnation industries, and in Curitiba where it produces...
