DuPont Settles With NJDEP in Chamber Works Dispute

DuPont and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) have agreed DuPont will pay a $725,000 fine and update hazardous materials handling procedures at a facility it Chamber Works facility in New Jersey.
