People & Business :: Companies Dow Restructures into Eight Business Units11:49 AM MDT | July 26, 2007 | Michelle Bryner Dow Chemical announced a new leadership structure last week that includes a shift to eight business units, each led by its own president. Dow has also formed a five-person executive leadership committee, which will replace the company’s Office of Chief Executive (OCE). The executive leadership committee will be responsible for setting the direction of the overall company, while each of the eight business presidents will be in charge of executing the plan.
