Developing Economies Boost Air Liquide's First-Quarter Sales

Air Liquide says sales in the first quarter of 2012 increased 6.7%, to approximately €3.78 billion ($5 billion) compared with €3.54 billion as published for the first quarter of 2011. First-quarter 2012 sales growth reflects a progressive improvement in consumption of industrial gases by Air Liquide's clients, the company says.
