DSM and Petropol Polimeros in agreement for production and marketing of nylon-6

DSM has signed an agreement with Petropol Polimeros (Mauá, Brazil) under which Petropol will produce DSM's Akulon-branded nylon-6 compounds. DSM will market the compounds to customers throughout South America. Financial details were not released. “High growth economies like South America are an important growth driver in our strategy.
