Cytec to Buy Back $234.6 Million of Debt

Cytec will buy back $234.6 million of its 5.5% debt due in 2010 under a previously announced offer that closed yesterday. Holders of the debt will receive $1,035 for every $1,000 of debt held. Cytec also received offers to buy back $70 million of its 4.6% debt due in 2013, though the company only has $15.4 million available with which to buy back this debt.
