Clariant to relocate masterbatches plant in India, signs distribution deal in Australia

Clariant Chemicals (India) says it plans to sell the land at Thane, India, where the company produces masterbatches. A board meeting held today considered the approvals of the plan and a proposal to consider and review options for relocating the masterbatches plant from Thane to another site, the company says.   Clariant Chemicals (India) also says that two of its directors, Bansi Mehta and Diwan Arun Nanda, have resigned, effective today, for personal reasons. Clariant has appointed Yezdi Malegam, Indu Shahani and B. L. Gaggar as the new directors...
