Sigma Aldrich Fine Chemicals (SAFC; St. Louis) says that its recently announced plan to build a fine chemical complex at Wuxi, China will enable the company to establish a key manufacturing presence in China to serve international and domestic markets (CW, Sept. 19, p. 7).
