Chemtura's Shares to Be Listed on NYSE Euronext

Chemtura says that the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, France's stock market authority, has approved the company's prospectus for admission of its common stock to be listed and traded on the professional segment of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Euronext in Paris. It follows Euronext's approval of Chemtura's application for the listing and trading of the company's common stock on NYSE Euronext.
