Chemtura Forms Metal Organic Precursors JV in Korea; Ups Capacity in Germany

Chemtura Corp. and UP Chemical Co. (Seoul) have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture to produce high-purity metal organic precursors for high brightness LED applications, with particular focus on the South Korean and Asia/Pacific markets.
