Chemtura Completes Sale of PVC Additives Business

Chemtura says it has completed the previously announced sale of its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) additives business to Galata Chemicals for a price of $16.2 million and the assumption by Galata of certain liabilities including certain pension obligations and environmental liabilities.
