This Week on CW:   A U.S. government panel has come out in favor of requiring the disclosure of fracking chemicals.   Taiwan's petrochemical industry trade group has called on the government to help expedite the renovation of Formosa Plastics' aging plants, which have been the scene of a recent series of fires.   M&A in the chemical industry is still looking up, in spite of recent market jitters.   Momentive Specialty Chemicals posted a 21% increase in profits during the second-quarter, while Momentive Performance Materials saw its' loss...
