Cabb Acquires SF-Chem

Cabb (Sulzbach, Germany) says it has agreed to acquire SF-Chem (Pratteln, Switzerland) from private equity firm Capvis Private Equity (Zurich) for an undisclosed amount. SF-Chem makes sulfur- and chlorine-based specialty intermediates for the agchem, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical industries.
