Brenntag acquires US lubricants distributor

Brenntag has agreed to acquire Lubrication Services (Oklahoma City) for $42 million. The company serves the oil and gas sector through a network of facilities in six states that cover many of the US shale gas plays. The deal is expected to close over the next few weeks, Brenntag says.
