Brazilian Antitrust Officials Lift Restrictions on Ipiranga Buy

The Brazilian antitrust agency Cade (Brasilia) has removed some restrictions it had imposed on the purchase of Ipiranga Group (São Paulo) by Braskem, Petrobras, and Ultra Group (CW, March 28, p. 7).
