Biobased chemicals firm Genomatica (San Diego) says trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and patent infringement claims against the company and its CEO Christophe Schilling by Evolugate, a Gainesville, FL-based provider of microorganism optimization services, have been dismissed.
