BASF opens concrete admixture plant in Russia

BASF has opened a production plant for concrete admixtures at Kazan, Russia, the company announced today. BASF says that, along with a facility inaugurated at Podolsk near Moscow in 2012, the company now supplies the Russian construction sector with a broad range of concrete admixtures.
