BASF acquires parts of Ciech's toluene diisocyanate business

BASF says it is acquiring parts of Ciech’s (Warsaw) toluene diisocyanate (TDI) business. Closing of the agreement is expected in first-quarter 2013 and financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
