Axalta to construct Shanghai automotive coatings facility

Axalta Coating Systems, the former automotive coatings unit of DuPont now owned by The Carlyle Group, will invest over $50 million to construct a 25,000-m.t. paint manufacturing facility at Shanghai to supply automobile manufacturers in south and central China.
