Australia's Potash Minerals awarded exploration permit for Utah project

Potash Minerals (West Perth, Australia) has been awarded a potash exploration permit for its K2O Utah Hatch Point exploration project by the US Bureau of Land Management (Washington), Potash Minerals announced today. It is the first exploration permit awarded in Utah in the last 25 years, the company said. Approval of the exploration project—as well as the issue of 22 potash prospecting permits—allows exploration activity to move onto the federal land.
