Asahi Kasei Establishes Holding Company in China

Asahi Kasei has formed a holding company in China, Asahi Kasei (China) Co. (Shanghai), which it says will play an important role in accelerating the expansion of Asahi Kasei’s business in China as a key growth market. The holding company is a successor to Asahi Kasei Business Management (Shanghai) Co., which was established in 2007 to provide services for other group companies in China.
