Arsenal Capital (New York) has acquired International Fiber Corp. (IFC; Tonawanda, NY), a leading supplier of cellulose-based insoluble fiber products for food and industrial applications. Prior to this acquisition, IFC was a company with Swander Pace Capital (Bedminster Township, NJ). Operating at North Towanda, NY; Urbana and Oberlin, OH; Nitro, WV; and Temse, Belgium, IFC’s fiber is used in food applications for a variety of functions, including taste and texture and health benefits.
