Arsenal Capital Buys Plastic Barrier and Adhesives Firm

Arsenal Capital Partners (New York) has purchased Fluoro-Seal Holdings (Houston), a maker of adhesives, plastic barrier and surface enhancement products for bottles, containers and fuel tanks. The company sells into the agricultural, automotive, industrial, cleaning and personal care markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
