Arkema's Second-Quarter Earnings Jump on Improved Volumes

Arkema’s second-quarter earnings rose on improved economic conditions and the impact of the purchase of Dow’s acrylic assets. Arkema reported net income of €119 million ($157 million), compared to a €114-million loss.
