Arkema Files a Complaint for Korean Patent Infringement

Arkema says it filed a complaint for patent infringement with the Central District Court of Seoul against SKC (Seoul) on November 30, 2011. Arkema's claim is based on its patent for polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based fluorinated films, used in the manufacture of photovoltaic panels.
