Arkema Cuts Jobs in France

Arkema says it plans to eliminate 49 jobs at its Serguigny, France high performance specialty polyamides plant. Arkema says redeployment options have been offered to everyone whose position has been made redundant. The job cuts are part of the company’s plans to invest €13 million ($19 million) to enhance productivity at the site.
