Arch Chemicals Chooses Microsoft CRM Software

Arch Chemicals has chosen Microsoft CRM software in an attempt to streamline its customer relationship data, Arch and Microsoft say. Arch, whose two core business units are Treatment Products and Performance Products, was seeking an easy-to-use CRM platform that could track and sort customer and sales data.
