AkzoNobel completes sale of building adhesives business to Sika

AkzoNobel has finalized the €260-million ($351.2 million) divestment of its building adhesives business to Sika (Baar, Switzerland). The deal was originally announced on 8 August, as previously reported by CW. All of the building adhesives business's approximately 550 employees have transferred to the new owners, together with the business's manufacturing facilities at Rosendahl, Germany; and Damville, France, as well as products and brands.
