Akzo Gets Ready for IPO

Akzo Nobel says it has started the process for an initial public offering (IPO) of its Organon BioSciences pharmaceutical division. Akzo says it will list the shares on the Euronext Amsterdam stock market, and expects to begin trading the stock before the end of March. Akzo did not provide further details.
