Aesica Seeks to Acquire Plant in Europe, Establish Partnerships in China and India

Aesica Pharmaceuticals (Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K.), a supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), formulations, and custom synthesis to the pharma and biotechnology industries, is looking to acquire a formulations plant in Europe, and the company continues it’s previously announced search for a formulations facility in the U.S, Aesica told CW at the recent CPhI expo held in Madrid.
