ACC, Socma testify to House on CFATS security improvements

The United States House of Representatives Subcommittee on Environment and the Economy on 14 March held a progress and oversight hearing on the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) with testimonies from representatives of Socma and ACC, amongst other industry organizations.
